of our Tropical Getaway Executive Homes have two IDENTICAL MASTER SUITES ,
each complete with their very own private bath including large garden tubs and huge walk
in showers, AND both master suites view the tropical plants of the screen enclosed lanai,
outdoor dining area, and pool/spa through their own large sliding glass doors.

because EVERYTHING'S INCLUDED!):. You’ll be
pleased to know EVERYTHING’S
INCLUDED! Unlike
management companies, there are no,
absolutely no, “cleaning fees,” no “extra person
fees,” nor any charges
for BBQ grills, highchairs, strollers, cribs, siderails, etc.! EVERYTHING’S INCLUDED - even a free wheelchair for those who may difficulty
walking in the parks (must be reserved.) Please
note, however, pool/spa heat is optional and, unfortunately, we must charge the
appropriate tax.
More GOOD NEWS:. You’ll be pleased to know that you will get the exact home upon which
you decide. Unlike management companies
where you may or may not get the pictured home, once you select the home you desire (and

Our TROPICAL GETAWAY EXECUTIVE HOME II is located next to our current
Tropical Getaway I, and will provide an ideal base for that magical "Minnie"
vacation in a large home. We have just welcomed our first guests in this new six
bedroom (comfortably sleeps 14), three bath executive pool home in a new community
located just 8 quick miles from Disney World and the new Animal Kingdom entrance. Nestled
among and over looking orange groves in a brand new community, this exceedingly
comfortable home has TWO IDENTICAL MASTER SUITES, each complete with their very own
private bath including large garden tubs and huge walk in showers. Both master
suites view the tropical plants of the cathedral screened enclosed lanai, outdoor dining
area, and pool/spa through their own large sliding glass doors.
You can even see the fireworks from the Magic Kingdom from the pool area! And with two
identical master suites (each with queen size beds), you won't have to decide who get the
master! Now two families can each have the luxury and privacy they deserve!
Guests
traveling with their PC can connect to the internet at high speed with our FAST
AND FREE WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS.
Bedrooms 3 & 4, each with full size beds, provide comfort for the other
discriminating adult members of your party. A unique feature is our "KIDS
APARTMENT" which is a separate suite of rooms containing bedrooms 5 & 6, an
adjoining TV viewing and snack area, a private entrance where the youngsters can have a
world of their own (and so can you), and more! Kids will enjoy their stay with their very
own bedrooms and game room, play and TV area, game table, VCR, DVD, Disney Videos, toys,
and more! Bedroom #5 contains a bunk bed (full size below and twin above) for the
enjoyment of little Mousekateers and little Mousekateers at heart. Bedroom #6 contains two
twin beds for the older members of the kids apartment crew, and the TV viewing area even
has a futon!
The Great Room will serve your guests as a family gathering area where, when you
are not using the built in entertainment features or the most welcome wet bar, you may
enjoy a full view of the tropical lushness in the pool/spa, lanai, and outdoor dining area
through oversized sliding glass doors. There is even a remote control AquaSwitch in the
great room where YOU can control the spa and pool selection! 4
cable TVs, VCR, DVD, CD.
For the safety of little Mousekateers, each sliding door to the pool/spa
area is equipped with a pool alarm, and there is even an additional smoke detector for the
hearing impaired if needed. The completely equipped kitchen, including all the necessities
and amenities, contains a large banquet table for those large, leisurely eat-in dinners,
and a bar/counter with four bar stools for quick breakfasts prior to departing to the
attractions for all those memories. And we even have one of those fantastic park
style outdoor BBQ grills which give fantastic flavor! Even the orientation of the
home increases your enjoyment. The pool/spa, lanai, and outdoor dining area, with all
their tropical lushness, are located on the south orientation of the home, so no matter
when you choose to relax, you will have full Florida sun! Go ahead, plan those leisurely
naps by the pool, or just sit among the tropical plants with your favorite tropical
beverage just prepared at your very own wet bar! At anytime day or night, you will enjoy
the pool and spa, with its whirly jets and bubbles with your family - and the pool/spa has
a remote control from which YOU can control the flow and heat!

Terms and Conditions:
* Senior discounts available.
* Rates are, of course, subject to applicable tax.
* Check-in is after 3:30 P.M.; Check-out is prior to 9:30 A.M.
* Rentals are Sat. to Sat.; a full 7 days & nights.
* A
Reservation/ security deposit of $250 per will secure the dates requested. Upon your
arrival, $200 per week will become a refundable security deposit which will be returned to
you upon acceptable inspection of the property following your departure. $50 will become a
non-refundable processing fee. We shall be
delighted to fully confirm your very special vacation time upon receipt of your check or
credit card payment for the appropriate deposit. Guests from countries other than the U.S.
are requested to use an IMO (International Money Order) or credit card payment in U.S.
funds. If you choose to pay by cash, cashier’s check,
American Express Traveler’s checks, or International Money Order, payment of the total
fee is required upon your arrival, but only after you have toured the home. Credit Card payments are processed 7 days in
advance of your arrival. After your deposit is received, you will receive a
confirmation which will include reservation information, a receipt, etc.
* Depending on your swimming preferences, you may wish to add the luxury of pool and spa
heat at an optional cost of $135/week, or heating the spa only during Summer months
(June-Aug.) at $80. If you select our pool and spa heat option, we’ll make every
attempt to maintain the pool temperature at 86 – 88 degrees F (weather permitting)
and the spa will rise to 104 degrees F every time you simply push a button. According to
your personal taste, pool heat may be desired from Oct. through April. For obvious reasons, pool heat is recommended
in the "winter," our "winter," not yours, and it is not recommended
from June-Aug. If you are visiting Mickey at
times where pool heat may not be required, you can still experience the luxury of a heat
spa with our “Summer Deal – Spa only heat!”
Offered during times when pool heat may not be required (June-Aug.),
we’re happy to offer spa heat only for $80. And,
remember, Summer spa heat at 104 is always wonderful any time of the year with that late
night glass of your favorite beverage (just talk to Lee)! If you are enjoying our Sunset Lake
(pool only) Home while visiting Mickey, optional pool heat is only $110. If you desire optional pool and spa heat, simply
let us know, or contact us about two weeks in advance of your stay and we will tell you
the actual water temperature. That should make
the decision much easier! By the way, if you
have little Mousekateers, you’ll appreciate knowing that all sliding doors to the
pool are equipped with pool alarms!
