All of our Tropical Getaway Executive Homes have two IDENTICAL MASTER SUITES, each complete with their very own private bath including large garden tubs and huge walk in showers, AND both master suites view the tropical plants of the screen enclosed lanai, outdoor dining area, and pool/spa through their own large sliding glass doors.

GOOD NEWS (Save $$$ because EVERYTHING'S INCLUDED!):.  You’ll be pleased to know EVERYTHING’S INCLUDED!   Unlike management companies, there are no, absolutely no, “cleaning fees,” no “extra person fees,” nor any charges for BBQ grills, highchairs, strollers, cribs, siderails, etc.!   EVERYTHING’S INCLUDED -  even a free wheelchair for those who may difficulty walking in the parks (must be reserved.)  Please note, however, pool/spa heat is optional and, unfortunately, we must charge the appropriate tax.

More GOOD NEWS:.  You’ll be pleased to know that you will get the exact home upon which you decide.  Unlike management companies where you may or may not get the pictured home, once you select the home you desire (and that’s easy with all the information below), you’ll get that very home.  Plus, you get the benefit of our 24/7/365 PERSONAL service!

Guests traveling with their PC can connect to the internet at high speed with our FAST AND FREE WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS.

Bedrooms 3 & 4, each with full size beds, provide comfort for the other discriminating adult members of your party. A unique feature is our "KIDS APARTMENT" which is a separate suite of rooms containing bedrooms 5 & 6, an adjoining TV viewing and snack area, a private entrance where the youngsters can have a world of their own (and so can you), and more.  Kids will enjoy their stay with their very own bedrooms and game room, play and TV area, game table, VCR, DVD, Disney Videos, toys, and more! Bedroom #5 contains a bunk bed (full size below and twin above) for the enjoyment of little Mousekateers and little Mousekateers at heart. Bedroom #6 contains two twin beds for the older members of the kids apartment crew!

The Great Room will serve your guests as a  family gathering area where, when you are not using the built in entertainment features or the most welcome wet bar, you may enjoy a full view of the tropical lushness in the pool/spa, lanai, and outdoor dining area through oversized sliding glass doors. There is even a remote control AquaSwitch in the great room where YOU can control the spa and pool selection!    4 cable TVs, VCR, DVD, CD.

For the safety of little Mousekateers, each sliding door to the pool/spa area is equipped with a pool alarm, and there is even an additional smoke detector for the hearing impaired if needed. The completely equipped kitchen, including all the necessities and amenities, contains a large banquet table for those large, leisurely eat-in dinners, and a bar/counter with four bar stools for quick breakfasts prior to departing to the attractions for all those memories.  And we even have one of those fantastic park style outdoor BBQ grills which give fantastic flavor!  Even the orientation of the home increases your enjoyment. The pool/spa, lanai, and outdoor dining area, with all their tropical lushness, are located on the south orientation of the home, so no matter when you choose to relax, you will have full Florida sun! Go ahead, plan those leisurely naps by the pool, or just sit among the tropical plants with your favorite tropical beverage just prepared at your very own wet bar! At anytime day or night, you will enjoy the pool and spa with its whirly jets and bubbles with your family - and the pool/spa has a remote control from which YOU can control the flow and heat!
