We are unique, different than all the others, and we really do offer more!  We really do live here!  We are always personally available (24/7/365) and absolutely assure quality & timely personal assistance.  Not only do we guarantee your satisfaction, but also, if any concern pops up (as it sometimes may), we guarantee we will personally attempt to solve any problem and fulfill your needs on an immediate basis.  We are NOT a management company. We personally own the homes and take care of them as our own. Unlike most other vacation homes, the rental fee can be paid on arrival after you have actually toured the home and are completely satisfied!  We personally meet you upon arrival and escort you to the home to be absolutely certain you are more than pleased with your accommodations. And we know you will be pleased, because we also personally oversee the readiness of our homes and assure that they are meticulously clean and prepared for you arrival in every respect.  We work very hard to make a positive difference in your vacation, and to keep our promise.  While we know you will be pleased beyond expectations, we still understand some folk's hesitancy, so we provide you with a long, long list of guest comments and direct email addresses so you may actually contact previous guests, and relax as you plan your visit with Mickey.  Too, we have experienced what you expect & require - and we provide it!  Before relocating next to THE Mouse, we rented many Disney World area vacation homes just as you are anticipating, and experienced both the joys and concerns of doing so.  We also know the parks!  We are pass holders to all the theme parks and enjoy them almost daily. We have been to every corner of all the parks, know what is best and "must see," really do know how to enjoy all those special attractions and activities frequently missed by visitors.   (For example, did you know you can actually snorkel with sharks and tropical fish at Disney?) We are among the biggest fans of THE Mouse and really do share your anticipation & excitement - and our expertise will help your planning and visit be truly magical!

Here are just a few of the extra things we do:

• FREE HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS IN ALL OF OUR HOMES!.   Just bring your PC and stay connected while you enjoy Mickey!
• We personally meet you upon arrival and escort you to the home to be absolutely certain you are more than pleased with your accommodations.
• We live only 10 minutes away and are available 24/7/365.
• Disney parks are less than 10 minutes away from all our homes.
• Our Deposit is only $250.
• The only optional fee is pool and spa heat. There are no hidden fees such as cleaning fees, extra person fees, etc.
• We provide a list of many, many guest email addresses and comments. You may actually contact previous guests and see what they have to say!
• Unlike many other vacation homes, THE RENTAL FEE IS DUE ON ARRIVAL ONLY AFTER YOU HAVE ACTUALLY TOURED THE HOME and are completely satisfied! (However, credit card payments are processed 7 days in advance of your stay and reservations involving holiday periods, multiple weeks, or multiple homes require half payment 60 days in advance or full payment 30 days in advance.)
• All our pools have a Southern exposure (Sunset Lake Home is SW) to ensure continuous sunshine and warmth all the time!
• All homes have 4 TVS connected to cable (Sunset Lake Home has 3), VCR, DVD,CD & telephone answering machines.
• We personally oversee the readiness of our homes and assure you that our homes are meticulously clean.
• We share our expertise on all the parks. We provide a personal in home orientation to all the attractions and the area, complete with special "tips." We provide you with the benefit of our years of living here, as well as with our personal experience in all the attractions, including the free ones you should not miss. We offer discount tickets to all the attractions at a discount well below gate prices.
• Our heated pool/spas are REALLY heated, with the pool temperature maintained at 86-88 degrees F, and the spa at 104 degrees F - and YOU control the selection with our simple to use "aqua switch." Others only maintain the spa at the same temperature as the pool. 
• Depending on your swimming preferences, you may wish to add the luxury of pool and spa heat at an optional cost of $135/week, or heating the spa only during Summer months (June-Aug.) at $80. If you select our pool and spa heat option, we’ll make every attempt to maintain the pool temperature at 86 – 88 degrees F (weather permitting) and the spa will rise to 104 degrees F every time you simply push a button.  According to your personal taste, pool heat may be desired from Oct. through April.   For obvious reasons, pool heat is recommended in the "winter," our "winter," not yours, and it is not recommended from June-Aug.  If you are visiting Mickey at times where pool heat may not be required, you can still experience the luxury of a heat spa with our “Summer Deal – Spa only heat!”   Offered during times when pool heat may not be required (June-Aug.), we’re happy to offer spa heat only for $80.  And, remember, Summer spa heat at 104 is always wonderful any time of the year with that late night glass of your favorite beverage (just talk to Lee)! If you are enjoying our Sunset Lake (pool only) Home while visiting Mickey, optional pool heat is only $110.  If you desire optional pool and spa heat, simply let us know, or contact us about two weeks in advance of your stay and we will tell you the actual water temperature.  That should make the decision much easier!  By the way, if you have little Mousekateers, you’ll appreciate knowing that all sliding doors to the pool are equipped with pool alarms!
• Major grocery stores are located less than a mile from all our homes.
• Major golf courses are nearby ALL homes.
• We provide everything you'll need for the little Mousekateers, including free cribs, strollers, highchairs, siderails, booster, etc.
• For our senior Mousekateers, or those for whom walking in the attractions may be a concern, we provide wheelchairs at no charge.
• All of our homes were built with KIDS’ APARTMENTS, where your little Mousekateers will enjoy their stay with their very own bedrooms and game room, play and TV area, VCR, DVD, Disney Videos, toys, and more! The secret is, they will have a place of their own, AND SO WILL YOU!
• All of our Tropical Getaway Executive Homes have two IDENTICAL MASTER SUITES, each complete with their very own private bath including large garden tubs and huge walk in showers, AND both master suites view the tropical plants of the screen enclosed lanai, outdoor dining area, and pool/spa through their own large sliding glass doors.
