Pack 244 rode and marched in the Rocky Point St. Patrick's Day Parade on
March 12th, 2000. We had a great turnout and lots of fun!

Some of the boys (and their parents) rode in the truck.
The boys decorated
the truck with signs, posters, balloons and other decorations.

Some of the boys rode in the trailer. The tiger
cubs made green and
white paper flowers that really dressed up the trailer for the parade!

The Cub Scouts threw 1200 tootsie rolls out to the
appreciative crowd that lined the street. Parents and kids alike were excited as the
boys showered them with candy. Next year we have to remember to bring more candy.
